How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you, when you request a quote for the provision of flowers for your event.

We use the information that you have given us in order to quote and subsequently plan flower arrangements on your behalf.

We do not share this information with any other parties.

How we store your personal information

Your information is securely stored.

We keep all details for a maximum of 2 years, with the exception of legally required financial accounting details which are held for up to 7 years. We will then dispose of your information securely.
